We are AHRSPL (http://aryanjobs.com) a leading consultancy in Talent Acquisition and Training n Development org at Mumbai. We are hiring for our UK based client established in India almost a decade now. Having a team size of 40 people.
Currently hiring for Social Media Executive
Worked on brands in the past (Preferred)
Monitored social media channels (scheduling posts on all platforms, running contests, ORM etc.
Overseeing all company social media accounts management
Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals
Good written and verbal skills for details
Role and Responsibilities:
Plan content marketing campaigns on social media
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Create budgets for paid social media campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc.
Engage in conversations and build relevant community with influencers and bloggers for outreach programs as and when required.
Create and maintain a social media editorial calendar and posting schedule
Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
Ensuring content is consistent in terms of a brand's style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for good user experience.Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with internal team and clients for new and creative idea
Follow industry-related news and popular content platforms such as YouTube, Buzzfeed, LinkedIn etc. for idea generation.
Planning and execution of social media paid campaigns
Conceptualize, plan and execute all social media content on all active channels, including a well-articulated approach for increasing follower engagement, revenue, traffic, and customer acquisition
Serve as the social media expert within the company, maintaining a cutting-edge understanding of best practices, features, strategies, and tactics
Work closely with company leaders to help develop their social media presence, both visually and verbally
Be the voice of customers by listening and sharing takeaways with relevant teams
Identify and specify product features required to support social marketing
Provide proactive and reactive support for the team, including supporting company announcements and during crisis communication events on social media. This includes advising on and planning advance strategies, investigation and response to real-time crises, and using social intelligence tools to provide insights, and draft responses.
Experience: Minimum 0.6-1 year relevant experience. Has handled multiple Social Media Platforms
Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
